All our IT Management clients benefit from regular visits from us as we strive to improve your IT systems and reduce incident levels. By doing this, we keep it within both our interests to ensure problems do not occur in the first place.

How does it work?

Firstly, we assess and document your current IT setup. Then with your agreement, we will make adjustments which help prevent problems or aid in finding quick solutions to problems should they occur. Once we are happy with the system we provide you with detailed documentation, just in case something should happen to us.

From this point on we make regular site visits to carry out maintenance tasks and ensure the continued development of your IT systems. And of course, should you report a fault, we will immediately begin the resolution process.

24/7 Remote Monitoring

Our systems can be configured to monitor your computers and peripherals 24/7, it is not unusual for us to spot a fault before our client. This also gives us the ability to work on your network remotely, from our workshop. This allows us to tackle IT incidents in minutes, not hours.
